It all starts with selecting the material. We work with European steels of the highest quality and maintain a steady stock of more than 150 tons to provide fast service to our customers.
Machining
We have several CNC machining centers to achieve the best performance and offer our customers the most competitive prices.
Temple
With our quenching and tempering furnaces, we achieve the most suitable hardness levels for each tool, which allows us to customize blades for each customer.
Rectified
Once the blade has been machined and tempered, we move on to the grinding process. For this, we have the most modern machinery on the market.
Quality control
After the manufacturing process is completed, our quality department performs a thorough dimensional and hardness inspection of the blades.
Marking
Once the product quality has been verified, we proceed to laser-mark each blade with its reference, manufacturing date, customer name, or any other information you need.
